Inspired by The Conversation Project, Living Wisely Dying Well (LWDW) addresses care for the dying, including palliative, hospice and spiritual care. We offer opportunities to reflect, to express last wishes, and to build a lasting legacy. Too many people die in a manner they would not choose, because they are not able to speak for themselves when the time arrives. Come learn how you and your family can join the conversation.

Our culture often breeds a denial of death. We can instill courage by supporting families, community members and healthcare providers in acknowledging death and exploring our personal values, goals and preferences at the end of life.

Living Wisely Dying Well hopes to make the process compassionate, holistic, spiritually diverse, and culturally supportive. Understanding medical research in palliative care and the dying process may demystify some myths and fears.

We believe in returning a sense of normalcy to dying and death, and we encourage shared decisions on the path to living wisely and dying well.
